Pregnancy and Early Life

This research focuses on understanding how the environment babies experience in pregnancy influences their lifelong health, and how we can develop ways to improve short and long-term health outcomes for the mother and the baby in pregnancies where the mother has obesity or gestational diabetes

We are not currently recruiting for any clinical trials in this research area, but we will soon be setting up focus panels to hear more from women with obesity who are trying to conceive or who are currently pregnant. Watch this space!
